After several hours of deliberating on November 20, a 12 member jury sentenced Glenn Howard Griffin to life in prison without parole, following his conviction of capital murder in the death of Bradley Newell Perry.

In the second day of deliberation the 12-member jury came back with a guilty verdict for Glenn Howard Griffin for capital murder in the death of Bradley Newell Perry on May 26, 1984. Perry was murdered while working the night shift at the Texaco station in Perry, just south of 1100 South on Highway 89.

Glenn Howard Griffin bows his head after the jury read a guilty verdict for him in the 1984 slaying of Bradley Newell Perry in Logan Friday, Nov. 14, 2008. Griffin was convicted of first degree murder and could face the death penatly. The jury deliberated for 12 hours.
